Asking a Question from the Search Tab

If the answer you are searching for is not in Kaleo, you can create a new question from the same page.

1. Press "Can't find an answer, Ask Kaleo"
2. Your search query will be automatically populated into the question box
3. Press into the box to change the wording of your question
4. If the board that Kaleo auto-selects isn't correct, press the board name to see a list of all boards that you have access to
5. Press "Post" to notify an expert

Asking a Question from the Ask Tab

1. Press the "Ask" tab in the navigation bar
2. As you begin to type, a board will be auto-selected based on your query. If the board that Kaleo automatically selects isn't correct, press the board name to see a list of all boards you have access to.
3. As you continue to type, possible matches to your question will fill the "Did you try these first?" section
   • Clicking one of these questions will take you to its answer
   • If this answer is still not what you are looking for, click the back button in your browser to return to your query
4. Press "Post" to notify an expert
